Tonya from Insurance Plus got me all set with progressive insurance! I could have gone online and shaved about $100 but I decided to stick with going with Tonya because I’ve run with them before and she’s always done me right and I just like the person of all experience anyway so thank you Tony. Had just bought a new vehicle, my regular insurance carrier couldn't add it on policy because of a binder in affect from storm in Caribbean. Angelica got me full coverage and it took about 15 minutes. Thinking of cancelling Farm Bureau and switching to Progressive.

Be careful if you buy car insurance at this office. I bought car insurance from them thinking that I would go directly to them and after several months when I went to the office to terminate my policy, the elderly man who works there told me that there was no problem and supposedly he did ALL the paperwork to terminate my policy that I had bought from them. After a few days I received a letter from the REAL insurance company telling me that they were charging me because I had NOT terminated my policy with them. It was a total disappointment because my car now had TWO ACTIVE POLICIES! I went to the office there in Clute and made the claim, and this man who had sold me the policy started to make all kinds of excuses, including the language (I was speaking to him in English) and that maybe he had not understood that I wanted to terminate the policy. Anyway, I had to go to that office for SEVERAL days and no one gave me a solution. They also excused themselves by saying that my insurance was NOT directly with them and that I had to pay the REAL insurance company the money they were charging me. The last time I went looking for a solution, this man put me on the phone with a lady who very rudely hung up on me without giving me a solution and finally the man supported her and said that he didn't care. So because of these irresponsible people I had to pay the money that the REAL insurance company charged me. Be careful, be careful...

It was a pleasure working with Mike. It was very quick and easy to process my new policy. There was no waiting and no interruptions. Mike was able to save me 60% a month! On a fixed income, he understood that I had a limited budget and found me several discounts! Thank you Mike!

I had a very pleasant experience with Tyla as she set us up for our new renters insurance policy today. She had an answer to all of my questions and was very thorough with everything that I needed to do to get set up. It was honestly the most pleasant insurance experience I’ve ever had.
